Larissa Pilmar joined Chestnut Ridge Pediatrics in 2017. She was born and raised in Irvington, NY. She graduated from New York University cum laude with Highest Honors in Psychology. She received her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She went on to complete internship and residency at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx, NY where she received a Davidoff Society Award for Excellence in Medical Student Teaching.

Dr. Pilmar is board certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and enjoys participating in medical student education. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and traveling.
