UPDATED 11/15/18: Please click here or see below for an important change in recommendation regarding the measles outbreak for our patients who live in or go to school in Rockland County.

In accordance with the Rockland County Department of Health:

  • All children 6-12 months of age should receive 1 dose of MMR. This dose will not count towards their schedule and they will need routine MMR vaccinations at 12 months and 4-6 years regardless of if they receive a dose before their first birthday.
  • All children 12 months or older should have 1 dose of MMR as soon as possible if they have not yet been immunized
  • All patients 12 months or older should have a second dose of MMR as soon as possible as long as 28 days have passed since their first MMR dose

There has been no update to guidelines from the Bergen County Department of Health. If you have any questions, please call the office at 201-391-2020.
